MAKES 10 SERVINGS

BRATWURST SAUSAGES, EH?

INGREDIENTS

  • 10 Bratwurst sausages
  • 1 1/2 can (24 oz) EH? Light Beer
  • 1 large onion quartered
  • 10 sausage buns

DIRECTIONS

Step 1 – Place sausages in a large saucepan, pour EH? Light Beer over sausages

Step 2 – Add onions cut into quarters to the pot, cover and bring to a boil, turn heat back to medium and cook for 30 minutes

Step 3 – Heat BBQ to medium-high heat, remove sausages from pot and put on grill (discard the beer and onions)

Step 4 – Grill sausages until browned on all sides, approximately 10 minutes. Served on toasted bun with desired condiments/toppings
