Makes 2-3 Cups

HANTS DOWN CHIPOTLE CHEESE DIP

INGREDIENTS

  • 8 oz cream cheese
  • 1 cup + 1⁄4 cup, divided mozzarella, shredded
  • 1 cup + 1⁄4 cup, divided cheddar, shredded
  • 2-3 chipotle chilies in adobo, chopped
  • 1⁄2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1⁄2 tsp onion powder
  • 1/4 can (4oz) Hants Down Pilsner
  • 2 tbsp cornstarch
  • 1⁄2 cup cilantro, chopped (plus additional for
  • garnish, if desired)
  • Corn chips

DIRECTIONS

Step 1 – Preheat oven to 350oF

Step 2 – In a blender or food processor add the cream cheese, 1 cup shredded mozzarella, 1 cup cheddar, chipotle chilies, garlic powder, onion powder, Hants Down Pilsner, and corn starch

Step 3 – Process until very smooth, about 3 to 5 minutes

Step 4 – Add the cilantro, pulse a few times to combine

Step 5 – Add to an oven safe dish. Sprinkle with remaining cheese

Step 6 – Bake at 350oF for 15-20 minutes or until cheese is bubbly. Garnish with cilantro if desired, serve warm with corn chips
