HANTS DOWN PARMESAN POTATOES

INGREDIENTS

  • 4 pounds thinly sliced potatoes
  • 1 cup minced onion
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1⁄2 cup whipping cream
  • 1 tbsp all-purpose flour
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1 can (16oz) Hants Down Pilsner
  • Salt and pepper

DIRECTIONS

Step 1 – Preheat oven to 350oF. Butter 13X9 inch baking dish. Place potato slices in dish. Sprinkle with minced onion

Step 2 – Combine Hants Down Pilsner, cheese, cream, flour, paprika, salt and pepper in a medium bowl. Pour over potato mixture, stir gently to coat slices evenly

Step 3 – Cover baking dish with foil; bake 30 minutes. Remove foil; bake 15 minutes or until potatoes are golden brown and bubbly. Let stand for 15 minutes before serving
