Makes 4 Cups

HONEY I’M HOME BEER BUTTERED MUSHROOMS

INGREDIENTS

  • 4 cups of button mushrooms, washed
  • 3 tbsp butter
  • 1/2 can (8 oz) Honey I’m Home Honey Brown
  • 1 tbsp of fresh parsley, chopped
  • 1 tbsp fresh thyme, chopped
  • Sea salt and black pepper to taste

DIRECTIONS

Step 1 – Melt the butter in a skillet and add the washed mushrooms and toss them around to coat

Step 2 – Pour in the Honey I’m Home Honey Brown and bring to a simmer on medium-low heat

Step 3 – Add the fresh herbs, sea salt and black pepper

Step 4 – Poach the mushrooms approximately 30 minutes, stirring occasionally
