HONEY I’M HOME GLAZED BABY BACK RIBS?

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 tbsp garlic powder
  • 1 tbsp ground cumin
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1⁄2 tsp black pepper
  • 6 pounds pork baby back ribs (approximately
  • 2 racks) halved
  • 1 can (16 oz) Honey I’m Home Honey Brown
  • 1 cup apricot preserves
  • 3 tbsp honey

DIRECTIONS

Step 1 – Prepare grill for indirect cooking (light one side (medium heat) of BBQ and cook on the non-lit side). Combine garlic powder, cumin, salt and pepper in a small bowl. Rub over both sides of the ribs

Step 2 – Place ribs, meat side down, on oiled grill. Grill 30 minutes. Turn; grill 30 minutes

Step 3 – Meanwhile, combine Honey I’m Home Honey Brown, preserves and honey in medium saucepan over medium-high heat. Bring to a boil; cook 20 minutes or until thick and reduced to 3⁄4 cup

Step 4 – To finish, turn and brush ribs with half of glaze. Grill 15 minutes. Turn and brush with remaining glaze. Grill 15 minutes or until ribs are tender
