HONEY I’M HOME SAUERKRAUT PORK

INGREDIENTS

  • jar (32 oz) sauerkraut, undrained
  • 1 1⁄2 tbsp sugar
  • 1 can (16 oz) Honey I’m Home Honey Brown
  • 3 1⁄2 pounds boneless pork shoulder or pork
  • butt roast
  • 1⁄2 tsp salt
  • 1⁄2 tsp paprika
  • 1⁄4 tsp garlic powder
  • 1⁄4 tsp black pepper

DIRECTIONS

Step 1 – Place sauerkraut in slow cooker. Sprinkle with sugar, add Honey I’m Home Honey Brown. Place pork, fat side up, on top of sauerkraut mixture; sprinkle pork evenly with salt, paprika, garlic powder and black pepper

Step 2 – Cover; cook on high for 6 hours

Step 3 – Remove pork to platter. Remove sauerkraut using slotted spoon; arrange around pork. Spoon cooking liquid over sauerkraut if desired
