LIFE’S A BEACH HADDOCK

INGREDIENTS

  • 4 haddock fillets
  • 1 tbsp butter
  • 3 onions chopped
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1⁄2 can (8oz) Life’s A Beach Grapefruit Blonde
  • 1 grapefruit, cut into rings
  • 100g of mushrooms

DIRECTIONS

Step 1 – Preheat oven to 350°F. Arrange the haddock fillets in a lightly greased casserole. Mash the butter with the onions and salt and pepper

Step 2 – Spread this over the haddock fillets. Cover with the mushrooms

Step 3 –Pour the Life’s A Beach Grapefruit Blonde over the mushrooms and place the grapefruit rings on top

Step 4 – Cover and cook in the oven for about 30 minutes, or until the fish is cooked. Remove grapefruit rings and serve
