OUT ‘N ABOUT STOUT BBQ SAUCE?

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 4 cloves of garlic, minced
  • ¼ cup low sodium soy sauce
  • 6 oz tomato paste
  • 2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 2 tbsp apple cider vinegar
  • 2 tsp sriracha
  • 2 tsp smoked paprika
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • ½ can (8 oz) Out ‘n About Stout
  • 1 cup brown sugar, packed

DIRECTIONS

Step 1 – Heat the olive oil in a saucepan over medium heat. Stir in the garlic

Step 2 – Add the remaining ingredients, cooking until thickened, stirring occasionally

Step 3 – Store in an airtight container in the fridge
