OUT ‘N ABOUT STOUT BROWNIES

INGREDIENTS

  • 1½ cup all-purpose flour 

  • ½ cup unsweetened cocoa powder 

  • 1 tsp instant coffee 

  • ½ tsp salt 

  • 3 large eggs 

  • 1½ cup sugar 

  • 1 tsp pure vanilla extract 

  • ½ cup canola oil 

  • ½ cup (4 oz) Out ‘n About Stout

  • 4 tbsp butter, melted 

  • 8 oz chocolate chips

DIRECTIONS

Step 1 – Preheat the oven to 350°F. Spray or grease a 9″ x 13″ baking pan

Step 2 – Combine the flour, cocoa powder, coffee, and salt in a large bowl

Step 3 – Whisk the eggs, sugar, vanilla, and canola oil in a separate bowl

Step 4 – Add the dry ingredients to the egg mixture and stir well to combine

Step 5 – Mix in the Out ‘n About Stout, then the melted butter, stirring until just combined

Step 6 – Stir in the chocolate chips. Do not over-mix

Step 7 – Pour the batter into the prepared pan and bake 30–35 minutes until the brownies are slightly firm to the touch

Step 8 – “Chill”, cut, and enjoy!
