Makes 10 Slices



  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 cup whole wheat flour
  • 2 tsp baking powder
  • 1⁄2 tsp salt
  • 1⁄4 cup sugar
  • 3 tbsp vegetable oil
  • 3⁄4 can (12oz) Out Of The Blue Blueberry Wheat
  • 1⁄2 cup fresh blueberries
  • 1⁄2 cup frozen blueberries
  • 1 packet sugar in the raw (or 1 tbsp) (reserved
  • for top of loaf)


Step 1 – Preheat the oven to 350 °F. Spray a 9×5 loaf pan with non-stick cooking spray

Step 2 – In a large bowl, combine the flours, baking powder, salt and sugar. Add the vegetable oil and Out Of The Blue Blueberry Wheat. Stir until the flour is incorporated. The mixture will be lumpy

Step 3 – Gently stir in the fresh and frozen blueberries then spread evenly into the loaf pan. Sprinkle the sugar packet over the dough

Step 4 – Bake for 1 hour or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean. Let cool on a wire rack for 10 minutes, then turn out the bread onto the rack and let cool completely
