Makes 4 Servings



  • 2 pounds chicken wings
  • 1 tbsp baking powder
  • 1⁄2 tsp salt
  • 1/8 can (2 oz) Storm Day White IPA
  • 4 tbsp melted butter
  • 1⁄4 cup Sriracha
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 1 tbsp corn starch


Step 1 – Preheat oven to 250°F

Step 2 – Add the wings to a large bowl. Sprinkle with baking powder and salt, toss to coat

Step 3 – Place a wire rack over a baking sheet, brush with oil or spray with cooking spray, place the wings on the rack

Step 4 –Bake in the lower section of the oven for 30 minutes. Move to the upper 1/3 of the oven, increase oven temperature to 425°F. Bake for 35-45 minutes or until golden brown

Step 5 – In a large bowl stir together the Storm Day White IPA, melted butter, Sriracha, honey and cornstarch

Step 6 – Toss the wings in the sauce and serve warm
