UNPLUGGED BACON CHEDDAR BURGER

INGREDIENTS

  • 2 pounds of ground beef, formed into 4 oz
  • burger patties (making 8 patties)
  • 1 pound thick bacon, diced
  • 4 cups shredded sharp cheese
  • 3⁄4 of a can (12 oz) Unplugged Pale Ale
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 8 hamburger buns

DIRECTIONS

Step 1 – Start of by preparing the burger patties and seasoning with salt and pepper and place in the refrigerator. Prepare the grill for medium-high grilling

Step 2 – As the grill warms up, add the Unplugged Pale Ale to a sauce pan and heat over medium-low heat

Step 3 – Cook the diced up bacon in another skillet until crisp and set aside

Step 4 – Once the beer is slightly warm, start adding the cheese a little at a time as it melts

Step 5 – Once all the cheese is added and is melted, reduce heat to low as you cook the burgers to desired doneness

Step 6 – Served the burgers topped with bacon and the cheddar beer sauce
