Makes 1 Loaf

UNPLUGGED PUMPKIN BEER BREAD

INGREDIENTS

  • 3 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 tbsp pumpkin pie spice
  • 1 tbsp baking powder
  • 1⁄4 cup brown sugar
  • 1 cup pumpkin puree
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 3/4 can (12 oz) of Unplugged Pale Ale
  • 3 tbsp butter

DIRECTIONS

Step 1 – Preheat oven to 375°F and grease a large loaf pan well

Step 2 – Combine flour, pumpkin pie spice, baking powder, salt and brown sugar in a large bowl until thoroughly mixed

Step 3 – Add pumpkin puree and Unplugged Pale Ale, stir until just combined

Step 4 – Pour into loaf pan and top with butter

Step 5 – Bake for 55 to 60 minutes, until top is crusty and golden brown

Step 6 – Remove from oven and let rest for 5-10 minutes before cutting
